Congratulations to our very own Tracy Parsons, who will be recognized as a “Difference Maker” by the United Way of Champaign County during their annual meeting today. Tracy serves as one of the City’s Community Relations Managers and facilitates the work of the Champaign Community Coalition – Walk As One.
